Management
Introduction
Our management is divided into three levels: upper, middle and lower. Upper management includes the President, who is responsible for investment, the General Manager who is responsible for sales tactics and coordinates the tasks for each department, and the Vice-General Manager who deals with general affairs.The supervisors of the Finance Department, General Affairs Department, Manufacturing Department, Purchasing Department, Quality Control Department, Sales Department and Technology Department form mid-level of management. The lower level of management is composed of the production line leaders, inspection team leaders, packaging team leaders and laboratory supervisors.
Our administrators conscientiously coordinate with each other about any problems that arise during production that will be dealt with by administrators during their weekly Saturday meeting. Our continuing success is due to the diligence of our management.

Introduction:Ms. Wu was born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1962. General Manager of our company, she is a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Longwan District in Wenzhou, Vice-President of the Zhejiang Printing & Packaging Association and Vice-President of the Wenzhou Printing Association. She is also Vice-Chairperson of the Female Entrepreneur Association in Wenzhou and Chairperson of the Female Entrepreneur Association in Longwan District. Having conducted business in Hong Kong from 1984 to 1997, Ms. Wu established a real estate rental company, a leather boutique, and a leather factory during this time. In July 1997, she became our General Manager, having reformed our management system since then. Under her direction, our annual sales turnovers have doubled several years in succession. Moreover, with stringent quality control, we have become the first Chinese PS plate manufacturer to receive ISO9002 certification. In order to best meet market demands, Ms. Wu has invested a further USD4,000,000 to construct an automatic production line under the name, Wenzhou WenderTec Technologies Co., Ltd. The Zhejiang Provincial Government has recognized WenderTec positive PS plate as a "Famous Brand Product" and a "Zhejiang Province High Quality Scientific & Technological Product". WenderTec has also been awarded the title of "Zhejiang Province New High-Tech Enterprise".

With 10 years' experience in the printing material industry, we have developed into a modern enterprise with an excellent sales record. Under Alan's direction, we have become a prominent manufacturer of PS plate, being the first Chinese manufacturer of these products to be ISO9001 certified.
